Who do you think is at fault in this accident?

Afternoon,

Last Friday, I visited the Asda in Rushden. After shopping, I loaded my car and began to exit the car park. I was driving along the isle, towards the exit. As I almost passed a red mini, the driver reversed in to me and hit my vauxhall corsa on the left handside towards the back.

Purple/Pink blob is where the witness was sat in their car

I was following all rules of the car park. Including the speed limit, but the mini driver reversed straight in to me. The mini driver wasn't indicating or anything and was not moving when I got near to it and when I began to pass it and only hit me once I was almost passed it.

There was also a witness who was sat diagonally opposite it and saw everything. The witness has sent off their statement, pictures and a sketch as asked by my insurers direct line.

What will be the outcome?
