hi can someone please help me out got a speeding ticket for doing 58 in a50 zone on the m54 sent them a letter asking for all evidence that i was doing the alleged 58 in the 50 zone i have not disputed that i was not the driver .But all they sent me was a photo of me in the car am i entitled to proof that i was speeding before i decide if i will accept a fixed penalty or attend a saftey awareness scheme .It seems a bit unfare if the only time i will get proof is if i go to court.
