5 hours wait and now told that they cant tell me when I will be recovered!

As per title really. Brake failure has marooned me and a very hot dog. Was initially told I'd have a 5 hour wait. Just had a phone call saying that the call out hasn't been processed so it could be another 5 hours!!!

The AA never did this to me...

Absolutely disgraceful service!
