Hi guys
Newbie here, please be gentle.
So a couple of weeks ago, I had a code P2458-57, which was diagnosed as a split turbo intercooler hose this was replaced a few days later. A couple of days after the hose was replaced I got a new code - P2248-52 MAF Sensor Performance error. Which researching on Google is a vacuum leak?. But.......... once the code is reset it will not return until the car has been run for at least an hour. 'Service vehicle soon' appears on the dash. It reappears when the ignition is turned off and back on again, however after a short drive, ignition off then back on again the 'Service Vehicle soon' doesn't reappear, as it the problem has cleared.

Yet when plugging into diagnostic equipment the code shows up in the faults list. As mentioned the P2458 code has been resolved. Live data through the diagnostics shows the MAF is working and giving a reading.

As for the 2nd, I believe the new hose does not seat correctly at the connection with the plastic throttle body (pipe) the connection seems as a very very slight angle, would this be causing a vacuum leak? Also, as my car has a dreaded DPF, would the P2248 be preventing a passive regen to commence, or should a regen still take place.

Travelling to Cornwall in a week (360 mile), so need the car to be in tip top condition. But confidence is low due to persistent DPF issues.
