Have just recently had my annual membership renewal come through at over £300.I contacted the RAC to query this explaining I,d been a member for 25 years etc and managed to negotiate a 30% discount which brought it to £192.I received the confirmation letter only to find there was an £85 "Administration fee" on top.Phoned customer services again.Was told that they could get me down to £192 which I already had!! Was also told there was nothing they could do about the admin fee.They were not able to tell me exactly how this gigure was made up.Contacted them via message on Facebook and they said the standard fee was £25 PLUS £15 for each service I am using.Still unable or unwilling how these figures are arrived at.Contacted them again via Twitter only to be told to cintact the renewals number with no further answer to any of my comments.Can someone look into this for me please.
