Stop line for temporary traffic signal

Today I was travelling from Sevenoaks to M25. This was the first time I was driving in this area. I stopped at a temporary traffic light that was showing a red light. But then 10 seconds later I noticed that the car behind me stopped way back with some gap. I am worried if I overstepped on a red light. Do the temp lights have a stop line? There was a right turn for the oncoming traffic in the gap between my car and the one behind me.

I am worried I will get points on my license now. Advice, please.
