Yesterday I was in a collision. As I reached a T junction, a bus (to my right) flashed me and gave way for me to turn right, as I've turned right around the bus to enter the left hand lane a car has overtaken the bus in the right hand lane and hit me on the front right corner of my car.
The road I entered is a two way street with a single lane on each side.
Very anxious to know who is at fault here, can anybody help?
