Which of these are checked in an MOT?

I am considering an interim service as I have only done 4,500 miles since the last service (and the car has only done 51,000 miles in total).

The following is a list a local garage checks during their MOT and interim service.

Can someone please help by letting me know, which of the following, are checked during a standard MOT:

If almost all are checked during the MOT anyway, I'll simply skip the servicing.
