hi all new here so sorry about the rambling
Feb 2016 i apparently hit another car in a supermarket car park and a independent witness phone the police,police came to my house to check my car for damage and the usual question about licence and insurance which i complied with and got told that there wasn't going to be any further action taken against me due to lack of damage.
april 2016 comes around and i get a letter from my insurance company asking to speak with me about this accident and i answer there questions about the accident and tell them the police came out to check my car for damages and all they would do is contact the other party's insurance company to resolve it.
april 2018 comes around and i get a solicitors letter regarding this accident asking the usual questions of who was driving and if they were insured. I have not had any letters from my insurance company before this solicitors letter.
what do i do as it looks like its going to court.
