Fiat 500l rear seats

I have Fiat 500l 14 plate, had split rear seats that can fold either just the back of the seat or the hole seat can fold behind the front seats.
Had all tear seats folded when putting double seat back to upright position middle seatbelt buckle got caught under the seat, now I can only fold the back of the double seat down will not fold behind front seat and cant get seat buckle out until seat will fold fully behind front seat.

Can anyone help
