My partner lost the keys to our Subaru Forester. Our insurance company sent out another company who gave us a spare key but they key is unable to start the car as for some reason the immobiliser isn't disengaging.the man who came out with the key gave us a code which we have tried to use but key still isn't working.does anyone know if there is any way of bypassing the immobiliser so we can get the car moving,or would RAC be able to come out reprogramme the chip in the key so that it will work,sorry if any of this sounds stupid don't have a clue about cars
