Hello all. Today my other half was on the school run. All was fine until she pulled into the shop car park on the way home.
When she jumped back in the car, started it up, and put it into reverse, she said the car made a clunking sound and the steering became really heavy. I have been to look and the steering wheel was a half turn to the left while both drive wheels were straight. Steering wheel is very heavy and drive wheels don't appear to be turning.
Any ideas? Car is a 2003 SAAB 9-3 Vector 2.2tid
