Absolutely disgusted with the service, I have been a member since 1998, I have full cover as a blue badge holder and in all the years I think I can count on 1 hand the call outs I've made, yesterday I called them out as I had an appointment and my car wouldn't start, it was obviously a battery problem, over 2 hours later I discover they've put me on the back burner as I am in my home, and they can't give me a definite time they can come, others are more important, doesn't matter how much I pay for the service. Surely I'm entitled to some compensation, and if this is the type of service, shouldn't I be getting it much cheaper ?
