2010 mondo *** x sport throttle problem

Hi my mondeo is showing a engine malfunction

Ihave it checked by a mechanic and the codes I have are

p2212, p2138

On the diagnostic it was showing no response on input D

I have had the throttle changed under warranty two months ago and this fault is producing the same symptoms, unfortunately the warranty expired three weeks ago just wondering does anyone know what pins on the 6 pin plug on the throttle should be just so o can check I am getting 5v
