I managed to rack up 12 points on a provisional license while riding a motorbike. My license was revoked about 2 years ago and I want to learn how to drive. When am I able to do so? Is there a certain time frame or do I just have to reapply for a new provisional? Since I have 12 points on a provisional will my full license be taken away once I pass? Thanks
