I am a relatively new driver and have had my license for around a year now. I was in a public car park at my school and the car next to me was very close, I open my door and it ever so slightly touched the other car. It caused no damage whatsoever, not even a scratch. This woman got out and started shouting at me, she took my number plate and I got hers, as well as photographing her door with no damage. She was aggressive to me saying I didn't say sorry, which I did. Now I don't know what to do?
