The heating and air-con have stopped working. It is a Focus 1.8 TDCI Ghia with the digital climate control. There is life to the control panel as the display switches on and off and you are able to increase and decrease the temperatures and speeds of the fan and the relays can be heard kickin in and although not associated the heted front and rear screen still work.
It is just that the fan will not operate and consequently neither will the air-con. I have removed the fan and this runs freely and does not appear damaged, reinstalled and still no joy. Other suggestions are to replace the resistor pack in the footwell next to the fan, but this model does not have one (only find this out when I came to change it after getting one of the auction website), or at least it is not located here as there is just a knockout panel where I expected it to be.
I've had a search around the forums but can only find suggestions for the manual controls so apologies if I have overlooked this answered somewhere already.
