Hi I have an 03 1.9 diesel fiat doblo van and during gear changes the revs will continue to rise slightly. Best way to describe it is like a delay, as it happens even when just taking my foot off the accelerator the revs will continue to rise before dropping. It doesnt happen in neutral. Cheers!
