Anybody purchased a vehicle from dfcauto.co.uk

Hi All,

saw a car im interested in on http://www.dfcauto.co.uk/. Just wondering has anybody ever dealt with them? Based around Leicester but seem to have a warehouse out of Devon also.

i understand they sell repossessed cars on behalf of banks, leasing companies etc. I have never purchased a repossessed car before so would be interested to hear other peoples previous experience and how the process compares to what dfc are offering.

There process seems to be, you see the car you like, you have 2 options. 1) Attend an open viewing that occurs twice a month. seems to be similar to an auction all interested buyers turn up and highest bidder wins! Option 2 been you can buy the car, transfer the money to them, get the car delivered and if your not happy get a refund. This sounds a bit unusual and is the part making me feel uncomfortable. is this normal process for the sale of repossessed cars?

I've checked the company out on the companies house website and all seems legit. Have had a car check done which also showed up nothing unusual.

I wouldn't be comfortable buying a car over the internet without at least seeing it first - anyone that can throw a suggestion I would be grateful to hear
