Crash happened at a roundabout that many people find confusing but I live there and know the area inside out.
At the roundabout we were both turning left. I was slightly behind him because I was on the outer lane. He was in the left hand lane which could only go left and I was on the middle lane which could go left and straight. I was slightly behind him because I was on the outer lane.
Then while turning left he suddenly turns onto the right lane( which is my lane) without checking the mirrors am assuming and crashes into me.
I wouldn't change lanes because my lane took me left anyway and also took me straight. So I had no reason to change lanes to the left and crash into him.
He must have suddenly realised oh am taking the wrong exit and because it was late night, he didn't bother checking the mirrors. I have a picture to prove our positions and how the cars ended up after the crash. Cars ended up on the right because he turned right into my lane. If I had gone into his lane then the cars would end up on the left. What do you guys think in terms of the blame
