Being hassled with constant calls trying to get me to take out breakdown cover. There is nothing in Royal that sets this as an acceptable behaviour. Why do you constantly call people ...it's really frustrating, intimidating and akin to cold calling behaviour. If you had good prices and gave loyal customers discount rates you would be better off.
