Decisions (Help needed)

First of all .... Hello to all, hope all is well.

Now Im on the market for a 7 seater Motor But ripping my hair out with what to go for.....

Just a bit of background.
Im from Essex so "Yes" hands up iv had subaru STI`s, M3, Skyline GTST, and just sold my EVO 9 as meeting my beutiful lady she has 4 Children I have 1 of my own so 5 troops plus me and my Girlfriend... So as you see a 7 seater is a must gggrrrrr!!

Looking about im pretty limited on choice due to having £9k at my disposal I would have had more and gone for a Q7 but had to pay the finance left on the EVO and existing bills. So starting a fresh with a new finance company

08plate or newer
Under 100k miles

The motors iv been looking at are:

Mitsibishi Outlander
Nissan Qashqai+2
Chevrolet Captiva
Ford S-max

Now Questions are.....

which one of these will keep value better?
Is there any other 7 seaters iv over looked?
Which is better in terms of build quality?

I sound a bit of a novice but ill be honest its the first sensible car i would have ever bought i dont really have much of an insite on any of these 7 seaters lol. so any help and advice will be much appriciated :)
