After topping up with Supermarket Diesel which I have used regularly I had to use the motorway, Whilst on the outward journey car did not seem to be running as well as it should, on the return journey whilst overtaking a vehicle I lost power for a second (luckily I completed the manoeuvre safely (a Bit shook up though ) completed the journey (which took 10 mins longer than the outward journey ) 100 miles round trip
spoke to dealer who supplied the car, and was advised tp fill car with diesel from a major garage, before booking car in for investigation
took his advice filled up with SHELL (it was nearest ) reset computer, within 20 miles car was back to normal, consumption is back up.
Is it worth saving 3p litre ??
