Car doesn't start and dashboard light don't go off.

Car citoren xsara 02 doesn't start with a key only with a tug. The dashboard lights for handbrake, oil, stop, parking and battery don't go off.
Came home from work last night and everything was perfect and woke up today and it doesnt start.
Anyone can help?
