A Big Thank you

I live in Hampshire but was working up in Newcastle upon Tyne. On my return trip home I noticed that a charge fault and battery light lit up on the dash. As I was driving down the A1 started to lose ABS Airbags etc so came off the A1 and headed towards Newton Aycliffe where the car came to a complete stand still. I called the RAC was told that the patrol man would be with me within 2 hours. He actually arrived in 55 minutes. He checked the car over and found the problem was with the alternator not charging properly. He tried his best to fix it but couldnt so he arranged for me and my car to be taken back home. The RAC arranged a relay back home between 3 of their partners CF Motoring were the first company they texted and told me when they would be with me they turned on time and took me to the next step. When we got there the second recovery company was already there waiting the car was transferred from one transporter to the other and we set off on the second leg. During all this time I got numerous phone call from the RAC and the recovery companies informing me what was going on asking for ETAs so that they could ensure that the next relay was in place. The second company was Naylors Recovery which took me to Watford Gap Services and as we pulled in the recovery man from Angel Recovery got there too. I just wanted to say a big thank you to the RAC and CF Motoring Naylors Recovery and Angel Recovery for getting me home and for all of you making me feel like a valued customer. Before anyone asks it had to be done as a relay because it would have been a 12 hour round trip for one driver. So again a big big thank you for all your help and assistance last night.
