At 6:07pm this evening I was existing a road that leads onto a main road within an industrial estate to then get to the exit. A driver came into me on the drivers side once I had indicated left and had passed the turning. I am not sure who is at fault but I have done a Google maps image to re-construct what happened and hopefully make sense of this.
To note I was already past the turning therefore right of way isn't really relevant, or could be im not sure..
I don't want to make a claim if I am at fault or there isn't sufficient evidence, the front drivers side of my car is a bit of a mess. 300-400 pounds to fix.
