Is there any way admin can prevent spammers from rejoining under different guises? I think the regular users will know who I am talking about. It must be very off-putting to potential new joiners to see the rubbish posts that are going on here lately. How. About storing their ip addresses and/or making new joiners wait a certain time before posting in certain sections until they have introduced themselves and their cars?
