i just had accident yesterday evening.I was turning right from traffic lights so when the lights turn green i drive into intersection area and wait there till the road get clear and lights turn orange i started turning right i was nearly complete my turning but unfortunately guy who was speeding try to make lights hit my van from left back side,right behind the left tyres so my vehichle is longweel base van and more then half of the vehicle was already in the road where i turned,guy didnt accept that his faults i neither because i actually nearly complete turning and he hit me from back side,i reported insurance but it seems they will blame me for the faults i dont know what should i do now?
