Starting problem on a renault clio 2004 sport

I got a renault clio 2004 sport 182
I have just installed a new radio in it day after the car did not want to lock but the radio was still working on ingition.

I noticed when i tried to start the car it did not want to start even though the radio was still working i tried to jump start the car it did not even crank the a clicking noise

So now overall when i try and start the car the stop and serv light both stay on immobiliser light stays off and the central locking dont work now head lights dont work interior lights dont work
checked all thw fuses all good dont know what the problem is need immediate help.
