hi, the mrs agila steams a bit from the engine, she now refuses to drive it!
upon inspection i have found the top of the radiator to be wet and coolant trickling down onto the rad causing steam, it does not seem to be hoses but coming from where the metal is 'crimped' to the plastic.
before we dig into our pocket i would like some advice, am i on the right path do they usually weep from here.
there seems to be several variations ours has the expansion tank and no rad cap, but im also thinking its previously been replaced so where can i find the correct fitment.
not much info on self repair of the current rad it seems as if its full of radweld the water is brown but the coolant is red, weve just bought it so i think its a cover up. im happy enough to change it myself for £50
