Hi, I bought a used Fiat 500 from a dealership on Dec 29. The Start Stop feature on it does not work correctly, as it only works if I lift the clutch when the car is in gear when the manual and salesman told me to lift the clutch in neutral to activate it and I have tried many times with no success.
As I have had the car less than 30 days am I entitled to a refund on the car or do I have to let the garage try to repair it first? I would rather return the car as I have lost trust in the dealer with this and want to save myself the hassle, not helped by the fact a reversing light also is out. I will be contacting them tomorrow about the problem and want to know exactly where I stand.
