A 13 year old child on a bicycle runs into the back of an over 10 year old (03 plate) Volvo car. Whilst cosmetic damage is apparent, the owner claims that it requires a replacement bumper.
The question is how likely is it that the bumper is actually so damaged as to require full replacement rather than professional cosmetic repair?
