I called RAC today at 4.20pm. I informed the call centre that I had a month old baby with me. Over three hours later I am still waiting. I have been given several false ETAs and was also promised a call back from a manager in 10 minutes. This was nearly 2 hours ago. I will be canceling my membership tomorrow and will re-join Green Flag. I am utterly disgusted with the quality of service and especially the fact that there has been no prioritisation for having a small baby with me. I would advise anyone NOT to join this company with such shameful customer service.
