There is a speed camera (30mph) installed on the above road. Unfortunately not sure about the exact speed I was travelling at - maybe around 38mph on speedometer and was flashed on Saturday night.
Does anyone know if
1) that camera is operational (not defective) in terms of having film replaced regularly. i undersand this might not be a digital camera - and am now hoping that if film might have finished. Does anyone know how regularly are the films on these cameras refreshed and what days?
2) how quick does Newham area police churn out NIP. Any chance of it not reaching within 14 days.
