Newbie to this forum.
2008 Saab 93 Aero (late shape) 2.0T Automatic 87,000 miles. Serviced annually. 10 month MOT.
Until two weeks ago ran like it was on rails at all speeds. Perfect.
Quite suddenly steering has become "uncertain" at low speed. Slightly "over reacts" to bumps in the road and pulls quite sharply with light braking - eg when coasting up to lights at 5-10 mph. Sometimes pulls to left sometimes to the right - regardless of camber on the road. Sometimes doesn't pull at all.
No problem at speeds over 30 mph. No wheel wobble.
Local (good and reliable) garage has checked wishbones, ball joints, shocks, springs etc and has found nothing loose/worn/broken. No uneven wear on tyres but they were pretty low so advised replacement. This now done. Dunlop Sport Maxx before and after. Some improvement but problem still exists.
Could this be steering rack ? Any history of similar with Saab 93's?
