hi i recently purchased a 52 mondeo 2.0l ghia, i had an oil change, new air and oil filters and plugs fitted, after about 20 mile driving the eml came on, the car is running very well since the service just wondered if there is a reason for the eml to come on after an oil change.my colleague suggested that because it was a paper filter he was unable to fill the chamber with oil and he says that the light probabvly came on when the filter filled up. could some one reassure me please..
