Hi. I have just bought a used car. It is a volkswagen fox urban 1.2 2006 plate and it's done 89000 miles. I have had it just over a week. Probably done less than 30 miles in it. The car is supposed to come with a 6 month warranty. Was sold as working completely fine. Since having the car it has had problems. On the 2nd day the engine check warning light came on. Took it back to dealer. They said it was an emissions error and that they had sorted it. The next day the abs warning light came and stayed on and then the engine check light came back on. Then whilst driving it the clutch went and car couldn't move off. When i drive i don't ride or slip the clutch and always put it in neutral when stationary whilst using the footbrake and handbrake to stop car from rolling. I am now worried they might ask me to pay for the parts and labour. If i had known the car would cause me this much trouble so soon after limited driving i would have never bought it. Spent all of my savings on it too including tax, insurance and breakdown cover. Any advice on my rights and this situation would be greatly appreciated!! This is my first car and I'm pretty worried about whole situation. Thanks in advance. Mike
