I'm new here but just wanted to ask for some advice really. I was driving in the left hand lane of a dual-lane single carriageway road which after 500 yards or so merges back into one lane. Everyday this road is horrendously busy and the traffic moves very very slowly. Cars of course do decide to speed past all of those patiently waiting in the left hand lane however, yesterday I straddled both lanes (not completely over onto the right hand lane) to prevent cars from whizzing past all the others as this gets very frustrating - there was also a van in front of me doing the same thing. A car sped up to try and get me to move in, which I was going to do before he decided to start swearing at me. So I stayed there, although technically he had plenty of room to overtake still.
Anyway, about 30 seconds later I see the passenger has his phone/camera out so presume he was filming me. If he were to show this to the police is there anything that can be done against me?
