Accident

Hello all,

This is my first post...

I keep finding contradicting information so I'm wondering if someone could just tell me a definitive answer?

I a little bump today, I was driving no faster than around 8mph. We both got out of our cars, provided each other with names and numbers then I took photos of the other person's car, after she admitted there was no damage to her car just so I could have proof. 12 hours later she has text me to say her husband THINKS there MAY BE some damage to the bumper ... although my pictures (plural!!) prove otherwise!

I haven't informed my insurance company as i thought the conversation we had was the be all and end all as she drove away leaving me at the side of the road to gather my nerves!

What do I do?
