Hi
I see a lot of people on here struggling with faulty goods on new and used vehicles. Myself I am a complaints manager and my role is focused around faulty and not as described goods (sorry I can't give out company name)
There's not much on the Internet to help people with most saying either speak to trading standards or bite the bullet. Trading standards and any other company similar (citizens advice) are a waste of time in my opinion, they are a third party non associated (pointless only good to put an idea in your head)
If you need some advise I am happy to give it. This is only advise not legal advise.
Thanks
