Hi got a vauxhall zafira 2.0dti 52 plate, we've had nothing but problems with her since we got her 3 months ago. We have the code PO400 excessive flow, we have the problem where she'll be ok but then light will come on and we can't accelerate past 1500 and 2000 rpm. The other night we was out and the car slowed down to 10mph. Now for the parts the car has had fitted. A new turbo,starter,air mass sensor, vacuum pump, leak off pipes,injector seals,crank sensor,map sensor,intake inlet manifold and the egr valve can any 1 shed some light on the problem all pipes has been vac tested and doesn't seem to have any leaks. Has you can imagine not much money left to carry on eliminating problems so please any help would be greatly appreciated.
