hello guys, i was wondering if anyone could offer me some help.
its my first car incident in my 2 years of driving.
basically my car was left parked outside my house on the road and another driver (probably drunk) hit into my car and 3 other cars along a whole road. The car involved left a trail and later found it parked on a road not to far from my house, the driver obviously left it there.
called the police they found out the insurance company details etc it turns out its a hired vehicle. gave ma an police ref number, reg number and insurance provider number.
now i contacted my insurance company, they have taken it in for repair.
what i want to know is because the driver is untraceable and noone is availble to accept liability what happens now?
i obviously dont want to pay using my own policy and lose my 1 years NCB as a result as its not my fault.
any info on what i should do next would be appreciated.
