Speed Limits.

Now that almost everyone drives at less than the speed limit, isn't it high time that these limits were reviewed. There seem to be many speed limits that have been set in the expectation that most drivers will exceed them. Fear of cameras has made us all law abiding now, so lets have a serious look at the limits to see where they could be safely increased.

I am sure that we all have roads in our localities where the limit could be increased with minimal risk to the residents but considerable benefits to drivers.
