I'm not sure that I really saw this - a real first! Motor home makes car/caravan outfit reverse DOWN a hill to a passing place rather than the motor home reverse the car's length into the passing place he'd driven through when caravan unit in full sight! Unbelievable! The same motor home did pull over about two miles down the road to let me overtake, but did it on the wrong side of the road.
As for the joys of following six motor homes, three with cars on tow behind them, all in convoy with no space to overtake safely on the A87, I gave up and headed over the Mam Rattigan pass and the wonderful Glennachulish wee ferry to Skye - thank God for some roads where these inconsiderate drivers can't go!
Sorry, mean no offence to good motor home drivers, but we see too many of the other sort - the equivalent of the much detested Audi and Beamer owners that plague others' lives.
