For the last three years, I have told various insurers that I am not employed; I am the primary carer for my Mum but they cannot grasp this however many times I tell them. Nor am I self-employed, I'm just a daughter caring for a blind, wheelchair-bound Mum of 93 with dementia. I thought they'd grasped this last time round, but had the renewal (only just been able to read it Monday last week, thanks to operation) but they've got it wrong again. I'm not lying - they are. Renewal due tomorrow - tried to ring them on mobile because I needed to get down to north Yorks to see friend on way out and killed calls after hanging on at nasty amounts of dosh = 7p per minute plus call charges.
My Mum has passed away and I'm dreading speaking to them tomorrow - price is okay based on their lie.
