My Clio overheated - problem traced to blown 20A fuse in Engine compartment. Fan spins for a few seconds before replacement 20A fuse blows again. I know fuse has been previously replaced but cant be sure it was replaced by fuse of correct rating. The driver's handbook does not indicate what he correct fuse ratings are and all fuse fittings are identical.
Apparently a replacement fan is 12V 120W which suggests 10Amps current draw would be normal. Does 20A provide enough headroom?
Does anyone here happen to know what the correct fuse rating is for this fan?
