Hello, im trying to get some advice about my Vauxhall Insignia. it is a 2011 160 cdti on 61 plate with 30000 on clock.
It had 25000 on it when I bought it from a Car Supermarket in Staffordshire. Since then ive been having trouble
with the auto gearbox. Occasionally when you put the car into drive it jerks forward violently and makes a loud bang.
This doesn't happen all the time, ive noticed it does it after ive been for a fast drive, like up the motorway or duel carriageway.
The place where ive bought it has looked at it but since it doesn't happen all the time or anytime they've had it they say they cant
do anything about it. its due to go back again next Friday as its happened about 4 times this last month.
The car was an ex Mobility so has full service history and has just had a full service done 2 weeks ago.
Any info or help would be greatly appreciated.
