Yesterday my wife broke down (we have Joint Cover through Brclays). So I called the RAC out and the woman on the Phone Quted me THREE hours before they could get someone round. Now she is a lone female with my young son with her. They didnt care and offered up only their fake apologies.
Three hours have come and gone and we are now 24+ Hours on and nobody has been to see the car. Dont worry, I picked them up when I finished work and brought them home.
There is absolutely no point to having RAC cover as they dont come. The previous occasion I called them out it was 6 hours before a man came.
