Following a recent breakdown, I took my car to a recommended garage from the patrol and a RAC approved garage. All was well, until I went to collect my car today. I noticed several issues and faults the car has (for instance the aerial seems torn, can I also point out the aerial was in the car not on the car as I left it). RAC had agreed to pay for the parts and labour, but I am really annoyed. This means, I have to take a day off tomorrow or a few hours to go back to the garage and pick up my car including dropping off my courtesy car.
Unfortunately RAC customer care team is shut but where do I stand, I am absolutely fuming!
Can I also point out, the receptionist was utterly rude!!
