Does this window chip need repair

Hi,

There's a small chip and crack on my front window.

I'm happy to leave it for now as it doesn't really bother me.

However I know that in some cases there is a risk that the damage could spread or even shatter.

I'd really appreciate it if someone could take a look at the image I uploaded at http://bit.ly/1M4lLIo and let me know if this does need repairing.
